Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require photographic proof to process a refund or exchange.
  • Misprinted Items: Any printing errors must be reported with photographic evidence within 7 days.
  • Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit should be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
